ARB - Home Improvement Request

We’re here to help you get your applications processed quickly so you can bring your vision to life without any unnecessary delays! To make the process as smooth as possible, we’ve put together a quick "How-To" guide for submitting an architectural request application:

In order for each application to be complete, you must include:

  • Property Survey: Include a copy with the placement of your project clearly highlighted.
  • Photo Example: Provide a color photo of the proposed project or similar example.
  • Material and Color List: Specify the types and colors of materials you plan to use.
  • Contractor Quote (if applicable): Submit a quote detailing the specifications from your contractor.

Why this is important?

Submitting all required documents ensures your application is processed without delays. Missing information will prevent approval and delay the start of your project. Once your application is approved, you will be notified, and work can begin. Please allow up to 30 days for the Board to review and process your application.

Please visit our website here Home Improvement Application (ARB) to submit your Home Improvement Request.

Approval from the sub-association’s ARB should be obtained prior to and submitted with the request to the Master HOA, as design guidelines may vary.

Once the request is submitted and approved, a $30 application fee will be charged for each project and cannot be refunded. This fee will be added to your HOA account and must be paid within 7 days after obtaining approval for your proposed project.

Any changes to the appearance or structure of your home, including landscaping, must be approved before completion. Before submitting a Home Improvement Request, please review the Design Guidelines.
