GENERAL PARKING RULES:
Vehicles found to be in violation of the following general parking rules are subject to tow at any time:
1. No vehicle is permitted to occupy any location on the premises other than a resident driveway or a designated parking stall. Street Parking* is not permitted in the community at any time.
2. No vehicle shall hinder access to any sidewalk in the community. The portion of a sidewalk that
crosses a resident’s own private driveway is an exception to this rule.
3. No vehicle is permitted to park perpendicularly with respect to the orientation of resident driveways.
4. All vehicles must park in a manner that does not hinder the use of any adjacent parking stall, roadway,
sidewalk, or resident driveway.
