Lot owners may lease their lots. All leases shall be in writing. No lease on any lot may be made for a term of less than seven months and no lot owner may commence more than two leases during any consecutive twelve-month period. Within 15 days after the commencement of any lease of a lot, the lot owner shall provide the association the mailing address for the lot owner; the names of all persons to be residing on the lot during the lease term, and the commencement dates and expiration dates of the lease. All tenants, and their guests, shall be subject to the terms and provisions of the by-laws.
